Our Terms and Conditions

We take great pride in our recruiting, hiring & training our talented teams. Under no circumstance should a Client reach out to one of our staff directly or attempt to schedule them without notifying our office first. All staff are required to be scheduled by our office.

All orders placed are considered final and may not be canceled 24 hours after booking confirmation. Any requests for cancellation, modification, or refunds after the 24-hour period will not be accepted, unless at the discretion of management.

Unfortunately, we do not hold dates or reserve staff for tentative orders or inquires. A credit card is required to place an official order. Availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to change until such time. We accept all major credit cards. Payment by check is required 10 business days prior to an event date and advanced approval from our office, unless we have previously established credit terms.
