Our History
With more than two decades of experience, David Ferraz, the owner and manager of Food & Beverage Staffing LLC, has consistently delivered exceptional service to clients throughout Boston and the Greater Boston area. His career began in the catering industry, where his dedication and expertise led him to be recruited by one of New England’s premier hospitality staffing agencies. Over the years, he held several key roles, including staffing manager, regional sales manager, and vice president of operations. In 2012, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, David founded Food & Beverage Staffing LLC. Drawing on his comprehensive experience on both sides of the industry—as a catering client and later as a staffing vendor—he brings a unique and valuable perspective to every project.
